$8.00 per day (rate subject to change by the Port Authority) The Charleston region is home to world-class golf courses which have hosted many national and international events, including the Ryder Cup. The Passenger Terminal is located in the Historic District, offering safe and easy touring near the ship. The market area and its dozens of shops and restaurants are located only one block away, and provide early arrivals an excellent way to pass the time. A well-appointed Visitor Center is available nearby, as well as many local tour services that will appeal to every interest.
Airline service and connections are competitive and the airport is
only 20 minutes from the terminal. The Passenger Terminal is located only 1/2 hour from the harbor entrance and one hour from where the pilot boards the ship. The cruise ship berth is 300 feet (91.44 meters), a mooring dolphin of 150 feet (45.72 meters) extends the cruise ship berth to more than 450 feet (137.15 meters), and an adjacent 700-foot (213.35 meters) berth can be used as necessary. Dock/apron width on the waterside is 40 feet (12.19 meters). Height of dock is 12 feet above MLW (3.66 meters) Three water stations with 2 1/2-inch (6.35 cm) hose connections to ship are available. to 6.6 feet, depending on seasonal conditions There are no restrictions on the time of day the harbor may be entered. There are no restrictions such as bridges or power lines to hinder access to the Passenger Terminal berth. A 1,400-foot (462.72 meter) turning basin is in the Union Pier area, where the Passenger Terminal is located. Ship's support services such as bunkering, pilotage and tugs are available through the steamship agent.

958-8298 The Port of Charleston’s 18,000-square-foot cruise ship terminal is located at 196 Concord St., at the foot of Market Street, smack in the heart of the historic district. You can easily walk anywhere you need to go. People arrive by plane at Charleston International Airport, located in North Charleston, 12 miles from the terminal. If you’ve made arrangements for transfers through your cruise line, a representative will meet your arriving flight and direct you to shuttle buses. Taxis are also available. Check with your cruise line or cruise travel professional about transfers and other pier information.
